When you do not require emergency service, our 10 to 15 Working Days General Service is perfect for those who want to rely on steady production scheduling, synchronized deliveries or delivery of less critical shipments.

When time is critical on a day to day basis, our unique Exchange or Build programs can give you the capability of responding immediately to urgent situations.

Build Program

Coastal Instruments reconditioned mass flow controllers are dependable, accurate and economical. Our Reconditioned mass flow controllers are assembled by our specialists to meet stringent requirements and procedures set by our company, and are backed by our 100% Unconditional Satisfaction Warranty.

Exchange Program

If you have failing or defective mass flow controllers, exchange them for fully guaranteed reconditioned mass flow controllers.

Call and ask for our Exchange Program. We will assemble a mass flow controller to your specifications. After you receive your reconditioned mass flow controller, we will bill you for a reconditioned (Build) mass flow controller. When you ship us your defective mass flow controller, we will credit the difference between our reconditioned mass flow controller price and our exchange mass flow controller price to your account.

For Next Day Delivery with our Build or Exchanged mass flow controllers, call by 9:30 AM E.S.T. We will build and calibrate a mass flow device to your specifications and deliver it on your receiving dock the next morning.

HCl Mass flow controllers are not accepted as an exchange mass flow controller for our exchange program
